Obtaining a Connecticut License for the First Time 
(18 Years of Age or Older) 


To obtain a Connecticut Driver's License, you must first obtain an Adult Learner's Permit.

You can then make an appointment online to take the road test.  Road testing is only offered at DMV Hub offices.
